Rick & Jennifer LeForce:

Rick was born and raised in “The Valley of the Sun” and is a third generation native Arizonan. It would be an understatement to say that he enjoyed growing up in the beautiful Sonoran Desert and Phoenix Metro Area. Jennifer was born in Western New York and she fell in love with the beauty of Arizona while visiting family and training here in the winter time for the University of Buffalo swim team . Rick and Jennifer were lucky to meet each other in the year 2000 and decided to start a family owned company. This led them to pursue their careers in Arizona real estate and to serve the community.  

Jennifer and Rick have a solid understanding of the ever-changing real estate markets, and are each uniquely qualified and enjoy helping clients get the best home for their money. They each have a keen interest in real estate investing, real estate administration, and finance. Firm believers in building wealth through real estate, Rick and Jennifer both take pride in helping their clients increase their net worth. In their personal lives, they enjoy spending time with family and friends, and working with various charities. The LeForces are also looking forward to becoming new parents in December of 2006!

Jennifer: She has learned through her life that it is important to have a mens sana in corpore sano or loosely translated sound mind sound body. In her spare time she enjoys swimming, running and yoga.. Jennifer is a graduate of the University at Buffalo, with an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Masters degree in Higher Education Administration. She is also certified to teach in the state of New York. She stills stays active in the field of higher education by teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, from time to time, for a local online university.

Rick: His background in the field of business works hand in hand with real estate. Rick has business experience managing a local Tempe restaurant and night club. Before entering real estate he enjoyed owning and operating a successful martial arts and fitness studio located in Tempe. Rick has a background instructing both adults and children in various martial arts systems and physical fitness as a means for developing rapport, discipline and self-defense.

In his spare time you will find him exercising and playing various sports (basketball, Asian and Western Martial Arts, weightlifting, yoga, etc.). Rick also enjoys reading many books on a variety of different topics, and socializing with friends and family. Rick also enjoys real estate continuing education classes as well as following political and current events.
