Quality Service in lending varies from client to client based on loan programs sought and even personality. Let's dialog about what kind of service you would like and expect and we'd be more than happy to help provide information for a successful and pleasant lending experience.
We usually provide you with at least two lenders that you can interview by phone and e-mail, as well as in person (if you have the time). It is very important to receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing from anyone doing a loan for you. This GFE helps disclose lending costs up front and keeps the lender accountable in writing. It is a poor idea not have things in writing since verbal representations are a "he said - she said" type of scenario that is hard to enforce your best interests. Regardless if you feel comfortable with the bank that has all of your banking accounts etc. or you prefer a mortgage broker; requesting a GFE is a sound business practice!
